What ELSA has to offer to its active members?
ELSA offers its members a large variety of possibilities to enhance their academic and professional skills. Through its three primary fields of action Academic Activities, Seminars & Conferences and Student Trainee Exchange Programme ELSA provides its members with excellent opportunities to improve their performance as future lawyers.
In the framework of Academic Activities ELSA organises essay competitions, moot court competitions, legal publications and various other activities. Aim of these activities is to provide members of ELSA to actively participate in the legal world and bridge the gap between theoretical academic world and more practical legal professions.
In the key area of Seminars & Conferences ELSA provides its members with an opportunity to enhance their legal skills by participating conferences, law schools, legal debates and seminars organised throughout Europe. ELSA members are also eligible to participate international study visits that are organised between two or more local groups from different countries and that involve comparative academic program between two countries and two legal systems. Furthermore ELSA provides large variety of options to visit international institutions through its institutional study visits.
Student Trainee Exchange Programme completes the range of activities that ELSA provides for its members in order to prepare them for their professional life. Through its Student Trainee Exchange Programme ELSA provides its members with an opportunity to acquire traineeships in other ELSA countries.
